Overview
SANParks is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill two permanent Hut Attendant positions at Skukuza Rest Camp in the Marula Region of the Kruger National Park.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Knowledge of hygiene and housekeeping practices.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of tools, their handling, and maintenance.
• Supervisory skills (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities

• Clean chalets, ablution facilities, and surrounding areas to set standards.
• Maintain and control inventory items.
• Report any maintenance faults or equipment issues.
• Assist with supply collection when needed.
• Provide general assistance within the Rest Camp.
• Support laundry operations.

Additional Information

• Appointment will align with SANParks’ Employment Equity Plan.
• SANParks reserves the right not to make an appointment.
• Job grading: Paterson Grade A1.
