Minimum Requirements:

• ABET Level 4 or Grade 12 certificate
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic writing skills
• Previous cleaning experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Dust and polish office furniture
• Sweep and mop tiled floors, vacuum carpets
• Clean glass doors and windows
• Empty, wash, and replace dustbin liners
• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and basins
• Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Clean mirrors, wall tiles, and other restroom surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, boardrooms, corridors, entrances, stairs, and lobbies
• Clean reception areas, kitchen appliances (microwave and fridge), and maintain hygiene in kitchen spaces
• Remove refuse and ensure proper waste disposal
• Report any damaged or faulty cleaning equipment
• Relieve on other floors when needed
• Place appropriate warning signs (e.g., wet floor) during cleaning
