Position Overview
We are seeking a Picker Packer to join our Kempton Park team. The role involves accurately picking stock, preparing customer orders based on invoices, and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch in line with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and place them in the holding area for verification.
• Ensure the correct seed reference numbers are picked, and report any discrepancies to the Stock Controller.
• Notify the Stock Controller of any stock shortages and follow further instructions.
• Check that all picked items are clean, saleable, and meet quality standards for packaging, labelling, and presentation.
• Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation method as instructed.
• Assist colleagues once your tasks are completed.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area at all times.
• Support security measures to safeguard products, assets, and the facility.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (essential)
• Warehousing Diploma/Certificate (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Worker (preferred)
