The Opportunity
We are seeking Quality In-Service Trainees to join our Isando factory team, reporting to the Quality Manager. This 12-month programme offers experiential learning in food safety, in-process quality, incoming laboratory samples, and quality systems.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Training and coaching shop-floor staff.
• Supporting teams to uphold high quality standards.
• Participating in NPD project trials.
• Engaging in problem-solving and process improvement.

This role is ideal for graduates looking to grow, contribute, and develop leadership skills in a people-focused, high-performance environment.

Minimum Requirements

• A 2-year Food Technology Diploma, requiring only the 1-year in-service training to graduate.
• Computer literacy with data reporting and analysis skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Initiative and problem-solving ability.
