Operational Leadership

Oversee all dealership departments with a results-focused mindset.

Ensure compliance with OEM standards, franchise requirements, and MOTUS policies.

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of competitors.


Financial Management

Achieve agreed profit margins across all areas.

Manage stock turnover, stock values, and inventory control.


People Development

Recruit, coach, and retain top talent.

Foster a high-performance culture with teamwork at its core.

4️⃣ The Tools You’ll Need

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.

8+ years in the retail motor industry (5+ years in dealer operations).

Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.

Proven leadership in vehicle sales, parts, and labour sales.

Knowledge of governance, compliance, and OEM requirements.


Preferred:

Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Sales & Marketing.

Leadership/Management certification.

Experience with DMS (Drive).
