The Role – What You’ll Do 🎯

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the creative force behind our campaigns, helping us reach the right audiences and drive powerful engagement.

✨ Your impact will include:

Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, web)

Owning and managing content calendars with designers, writers, and partners

Driving event promotions for both clients and in-house expos

Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance

Managing CRM & marketing automation tools to keep our data sharp

Researching competitors and trends to stay ahead of the curve

Supporting exciting activities like webinars and product demos

What We’re Looking For 👩‍💻👨‍💻

If you’re organized, creative, and passionate about marketing, this role is for you.

✔️ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years’ experience in marketing (B2B, SaaS, or events a plus)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication (written & verbal)

Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social schedulers

A passion for events, technology, and creative brand storytelling
