About the Role:
A Mining Company in Boksburg is seeking a proactive and dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support across office functions, including finance, procurement, and general administration. The position is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and assistance.
  • Typing and compiling reports (Excel proficiency required).
  • Support to Finance and Procurement departments.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing office tasks.
  • Running errands using a company vehicle.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (post-matric qualification advantageous).
  • At least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence (essential).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office administration (preferred).
