About the Role:
A Mining Company in Boksburg is seeking a proactive and dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support across office functions, including finance, procurement, and general administration. The position is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and assistance.
- Typing and compiling reports (Excel proficiency required).
- Support to Finance and Procurement departments.
- Scheduling meetings and managing office tasks.
- Running errands using a company vehicle.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (post-matric qualification advantageous).
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid driver’s licence (essential).
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration (preferred).
