🔑 Key Responsibilities

🛒 Sales

Proactively engage customers in-store to maximize sales.

Demonstrate product features and close sales confidently.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify new opportunities and prepare action plans.


🤝 Customer Service

Assist customers in finding products suited to their needs.

Handle queries and resolve concerns effectively.

Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery.

Provide management with feedback on customer needs and trends.


📦 Product Knowledge & Presentation

Stay up to date on product ranges and new launches.

Demonstrate product functions to potential buyers.

Keep product displays clean, neat, and attractive.


📝 Administration

Complete necessary paperwork for services/contracts.

Analyse sales reports to support sales strategies.


🌱 Personal Growth

Prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

Show initiative and take on additional tasks when needed.

Learn from feedback and continuously improve skills.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Matric (Grade 12) qualification.

2 – 3 years’ sales experience (retail preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong numeracy, problem-solving, and resilience.

Flexibility to work across different Pick n Pay stores.
