Ensure full compliance with FAIS regulations and banking policies.
Consistently exceed sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling.

🎓 What You Bring
National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS-recognized) or higher.
3–5 years’ experience in banking or financial services.
Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in loans, credit cards, mortgages, and investments.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and client service.
Sharp problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
