Requirements:
- Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
- Valid Driverβs Licence (essential).
- PDP will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Key Duties:
- Operate light and medium vehicles to transport passengers, mail, and official documents.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report defects.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records, logbooks, and goods registers.
- Provide clerical and messenger support services within the office.
- Collect, deliver, copy, package, scan, bind, and fax departmental documents.
- Distribute mail daily to various regions and keep proper delivery records.
- Ensure accurate tracking and accountability of all documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
