Location: Head Office, Bonaero Park

Overview:

Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, is seeking Call Centre Agents to join the team at our head office in Bonaero Park. Successful candidates will report to the Assistant Manager: Call Centre.

Responsibilities:

-Handle incoming calls from customers or passengers.

-Resolve issues such as delays and cancellations.

-Guide customers through processes and assist where necessary.

-Collaborate with the team and work longer hours during shifts.

-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

-Communicate with customers verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a call centre environment.
  • A qualification in travel or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills and phone etiquette.
  • Clean criminal and credit record.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Own transport is beneficial.

  • Punctual with excellent customer service skills.
  • Patient, assertive, and skilled in conflict resolution.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and professional.
  • Willingness to work beyond normal office hours.

Shift Schedule:

  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
    Note: Includes weekends and public holidays.
