🔧 What You’ll Do

Accurately process, document, and evaluate returned goods.

Troubleshoot technical issues on products and provide resolutions.

Update and maintain return records in ERP and inventory systems.

Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless return workflows.

Uphold compliance with internal returns policies and procedures.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Matric / Grade 12 (essential).

At least 2 years’ experience in returns, reverse logistics, or technical support.

Solid computer literacy with MS Office (Excel a must).

ERP / inventory system experience.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
