Salary: R228 321 per annum
Centre: Johannesburg Regional Office
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
- Knowledge of:
- Office administration, Reapatala, PFMA, Treasury Regulations.
- Financial management, state budgetary systems, Archibus, and Logis.
- Skills: Numeracy, accounting, organisation, interpersonal relations, diplomacy, computer literacy, problem-solving, and communication.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, team player, hardworking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address enquiries and complaints, or escalate them to the relevant manager.
- Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure complaints are addressed within required timeframes.
- Administer the Archibus System and maintain accurate records (electronic and physical).
- Prepare reports and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, filing, photocopying, and document distribution.
- Manage procurement processes: obtain quotations, complete forms, and maintain stationery stock.
- Maintain the asset register and assist with procurement of equipment and materials.
- Capture and update expenditure records.
- Process travel claims, petty cash, and telephone accounts.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and distribute payslips while ensuring payroll compliance.
- Maintain leave registers, manage diaries, book venues, and arrange meetings.
- Take minutes and circulate them to attendees.
- Assist with catering procurement when required.
