Salary: R163 680 per annum

Requirements

• Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 8 or 10).
• Public Driver’s Permit (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) Act.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.

• Good driving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal relations.
• Planning and time management.

Duties

• Collect and deliver cleaning materials, equipment, documents, and other items as required.
• Transport departmental officials and visitors as instructed.
• Interact professionally with staff and stakeholders.
• Safely transport items and documents to specified destinations.
• Complete and maintain transport schedules and trip records.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and report any faults or repair needs.
• Drive departmental vehicles in line with traffic rules, safety standards, and regulations.
• Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage promptly.
• Provide support to Facilities Management-related activities.
