Are you a young, driven individual eager to launch your career in manufacturing? Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering Packaging Learnerships in our Manufacturing & Technical division. This 12-month program will give you the chance to earn a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3)—a powerful step toward a future in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop in-demand skills, and learn directly from industry professionals—all while earning and growing with one of the world’s most iconic brands.
🧠What You’ll Learn
As a learner, you’ll be exposed to:
- Bottling processes and procedures
- Quality tests and product specifications
- Safety and housekeeping standards
- Food handling and hygiene practices
đź’Ľ Requirements
Educational Background:
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 40% in Mathematics (NOT Maths Literacy)
- 50% in Physical Sciences
- 40% in two South African languages
Other Must-Haves:
- South African citizen (EE candidates preferred)
- Between 18–35 years old
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Have not completed the same learnership before
- Able to commit to a 12-month program
