MANCOSA is a leading DHET registered and CHE accredited private higher education institution, specialising in distance learning for undergraduate and postgraduate business qualifications. We are seeking a Front Desk & Student Support Officer to join our Johannesburg office and be the welcoming face of our institution.

🎯 Core Purpose

As the first point of contact, you will ensure every visitor, student, and staff member receives professional, friendly, and efficient service. You’ll play a vital role in administrative support, event coordination, and frontline communication while upholding the institution’s brand values.

🛠 Duties & Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and attend to visitors, students, and staff

Professionally manage incoming calls and transfer to relevant departments

Provide administrative support and assist with the coordination of campus events

Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and collections

Assist walk-in students with queries and guidance

Maintain appointment scheduling and support internal communication

Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required


🎓 Desired Experience & Qualifications

Qualification: Office Administration Certificate or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a receptionist or administrative role

Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Professional verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Confidence in dealing with students and stakeholders
