GROUNDSMAN (X2 POSITIONS)
Salary: R138 486 per annum (Level 02)
Location:

• Malekutu Cost Centre | Ref No: G/M/71
• Tonga Cost Centre | Ref No: G/T/72

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10 (ABET) qualification, no prior experience required.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping and gardening.
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety practices.
• Ability to read, write, and operate gardening machinery.
• Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.
• Operate gardening machinery and equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, brush cutters).
• Apply insecticides and fertilizers when necessary.
• Prepare soil for planting trees and flowers.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on gardening tools and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Empty dustbins and perform other related tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
