Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (no prior experience required).
  • Knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Batho Pele Principles.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resource provisioning services.
  • Handle the advertising, recruitment, selection, and filling of positions.
  • Process qualification verifications.
  • Manage assumptions of duty and issue appointment and contract letters.
  • Process probation confirmations.
  • Administer personnel movements, including transfers, promotions, secondments, and translations in rank.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (no experience required).
  • Knowledge of:
    • Public Service Regulations (2001, as amended)
    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
    • Constitution of South Africa, Act 108 of 1996
    • Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA)
    • Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the LOGIS module to generate commitments and authorize requisitions.
  • Provide logistical support services:
    • Place and process orders for goods.
    • Receive and record goods in registers/databases.
    • Maintain supplier and goods registers.
    • Capture requests for goods from end-users.
  • Reconcile requisitions with orders:
    • Ensure accurate data capture on Procurement Integration.
    • Confirm allocations match the budget (BAS report).
    • Verify supplier details and approved quotations.
  • Manage goods and services:
    • Maintain commitment files (0–9) until delivery.
    • Confirm delivery of goods/services and capture receipts on LOGIS.
    • Record documentation in registers and forward for payment processing.
