✅ What You’ll Do

Operate and manage a profitable, fully functional clinic in line with healthcare standards.

Provide professional primary healthcare services including family planning, immunisations, wound care, and counselling.

Build strong relationships with patients, store management, medical aids, and suppliers.

Ensure smooth operations – from stock control and claims processing to patient records and clinic targets.

Keep up with professional development and industry training through CPD and in-service training.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric

General Nursing qualification + Midwifery Diploma/Degree

Registered with SANC & BHF

2–3 years’ experience as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister

Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)


Advantageous:

5+ years’ nursing experience in Primary Health Care

Familiarity with Patient Record Systems (CKS & Allegra)

Additional training in immunisation, family planning, or breastfeeding support
