Role Overview

Culture is seeking a Wellness Store Assistant to join our new store at Olive Wood Shopping Centre. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service, assist shoppers with queries, manage sales transactions, maintain store displays, and ensure shelves are restocked. You’ll also support store cleanliness, handle customer complaints, and contribute to the smooth running and success of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately
• Maintain and restock product displays
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic numeracy skills and ability to manage cash transactions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (compulsory)
• Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Kempton Park
