Estate Clerk (Ref No: HR 5/1/2/3/40)
Centre: Compensation Fund, Pretoria
Salary: R269 499 per annum

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • No prior experience required
  • Knowledge of:
    • Public Financial Management Act (PFMA)
    • Treasury Regulations
    • Public Service Regulations Act
    • Basic Accounting Systems (BAS)
    • Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)
  • Skills in:
    • Written and verbal communication
    • Debt collection
    • Financial management
    • Planning and organizing
    • Computer literacy
    • Interpersonal relations
    • Conflict management and problem-solving

Key Duties

  • Submit estate claims to the Master of the High Court and appointed liquidators
  • Identify estates of registered employers
  • Process assessments for liquidated or deceased employers
  • Liaise and communicate with relevant stakeholders
