Position: Administrative Clerk: Stores (Supply Chain & Asset Management)

Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05)
Location: Capricorn District

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • Knowledge of clerical duties, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to capture data, operate a computer, and compile statistics.
  • Understanding of the legislative framework regulating the Public Service.
  • Familiarity with standard workplace procedures.
  • Skills: Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, teamwork, computer literacy, planning, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical support services.
  • Render supply chain clerical support services.
  • Provide clerical support for personnel administration.
  • Deliver financial administration support services.
  • Assist with transport support services.
