Requirements

  • Grade 10 qualification (no prior experience required).
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Act and general Public Service regulations.
  • Broad understanding of the functional areas within the Executive Authority’s portfolio.
  • Familiarity with political and parliamentary processes in South Africa.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Creativity, innovation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical, objective, accurate, and diplomatic approach to work.

Key Duties

  • Collect and deliver documents.
  • Provide transport for the Deputy Minister’s staff, guests, and special advisors.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant policies and procedures in the work environment.
  • Offer general support services within the Office of the Deputy Minister.

Important Information
