About the Role
Clicks Group is seeking enthusiastic Shop Assistants / Cashiers to join the team at Carnival Mall, Brakpan. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient point-of-sale (POS) operations, and maintaining merchandising standards that create a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all point-of-sale activities efficiently and accurately.
- Scan products, process payments, and handle cash securely.
- Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard programme to meet participation targets.
- Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales and enhance value.
- Provide excellent customer service as a visible and professional brand ambassador.
- Execute merchandising and maintain store housekeeping standards.
- Support the company’s vision of being the first-choice health and beauty retailer.
- Stay updated on product ranges, promotions, and store events to assist customers effectively.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge:
- Basic maths and numeracy skills.
- Retail/FMCG experience with an understanding of merchandising and promotions.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Essential: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Advantageous: Minimum 50% in both Maths and English.
Experience:
