Requirements

• Grade 10 qualification (no experience required).
• Valid driver’s licence.

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge: Public Service Act, Public Service regulations, general understanding of the executive authority’s portfolio, as well as knowledge of political and parliamentary processes in South Africa.
• Skills: Computer literacy, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal abilities, creativity, and innovation.
• Attributes: Logical, objective, accurate, diplomatic, and able to think creatively.

Duties

• Collect and deliver documents as required.
• Transport the Deputy Minister’s office staff, guests, and special advisors.
• Remain updated on relevant policies and procedures applicable to the role.
• Provide general support services within the Deputy Minister’s office.
