Requirements

• ABET Level 2 (NQF Level 1) qualification (no prior experience required).

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge: Public Service Act, Public Service portfolio, and a general understanding of political and parliamentary processes in South Africa.
• Skills: Good communication and diplomatic skills.
• Attributes: Analytical thinking and creativity.

Duties

• Clean kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Provide catering support services.
• Keep stock of kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Apply hygiene and safety measures in all food handling processes.
• Maintain quality control standards for all food provided.
• Remove and properly dispose of kitchen waste.
