Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Grade 10.
• 1–3 years’ experience in driving/messenger services.
• A valid, unexpired driver’s license.
• Knowledge of driving services and vehicle operation.
• Basic understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and government regulations, including PFMA.
• Ability to read and write (basic literacy).
• Knowledge of processes, procedures, and basic financial management.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal relations, client service orientation, accountability, and ethical conduct.
• Familiarity with analytical procedures.

Duties:

• Operate and maintain light motor vehicles.
• Ensure proper upkeep and storage of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks.
• Collect and deliver documents, including papers from Government Printing.
• Transport officials to and from various destinations.
• Inspect and clean pool vehicles.
