Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant administrative experience in a clinical environment.
  • Appropriate typing experience.
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Dictaphone typing.
  • Ability to compile and verify data accurately.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry (including decimal points and mathematical operators).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Clear and discreet communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies effectively.

Duties:

  • Provide accurate and efficient typing of post-mortem reports.
  • Deliver administrative support to the Division of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology.
  • Maintain and manage forensic databases.
  • Oversee the management and safekeeping of forensic documentation.

Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant HR experience, including Salary Administration, Service Conditions, Personnel Administration, Pension Administration, and PERSAL.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, and collective agreements related to personnel and salary administration.
  • Competency in PERSAL and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline orientation.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Duties:

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to personnel administration, including appointments, terminations, transfers, pension matters, salary administration, leave, housing, and debt management.
