Job Purpose
To ensure accurate receiving, control, and dispatch of company products while supporting smooth warehouse operations. The role requires excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an efficient and professional experience for customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Logistics
- Receive, check, and process returned stock against JobCards.
- Manage credit note and demo stock locations with zero stock variances.
- Control the goods receiving process, inspecting stock for damages and ensuring proper documentation.
- Report discrepancies and damages immediately.
- Transfer stock to QC, Rework, and Demo departments as required.
Warehousing
- Maintain stock using FIFO methods.
- Ensure shelves and pallets are correctly labeled and stock is stored in the right locations.
- Separate invoiced customer stock from Nology stock, clearly marking orders.
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist with quarterly stock counts and ensure zero variances.
- Pick, pack, and process orders with 100% accuracy.
Outbound Logistics
- Prepare and dispatch daily orders on time.
- Verify orders with drivers before dispatch.
- Track waybills and report issues promptly.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch key account orders according to Acumatica and customer requirements.
- Ensure all goods leaving the warehouse are correctly documented.
Relief Driver Duties
- Deliver and collect goods efficiently in line with company standards.
- Verify stock and documentation before acceptance or delivery.
- Complete delivery schedules and submit required paperwork.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Maintain compliance with road safety laws.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant qualification in storekeeping/stock control (advantageous)
- Acumatica experience (advantageous)
- Code 8 Driver’s License with PDP

- Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Internet
- Customer service orientation
- Physically fit for lifting, carrying, and handling stock
- Flexible, respectful, and professional work ethic
Experience
- 1–2 years’ warehousing experience
- Exposure to warehouse control processes
- Customer service background preferred
Working Conditions
- Hours: 08h00 – 17h00, Monday to Friday
- Semi-formal dress code
- Reliable transport required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Notes
- Permanent role, with a 3-month probation period.
- Duties may be adjusted to meet company needs.
- Training will be provided for new methods or technologies.
