Truck Driver (Code 10) – Fixed Term Contract

Job Overview:
Vassco Distributors, a wholesale distribution company, is seeking a Code 10 Truck Driver with experience driving UD trucks for deliveries. Applicants must reside in or near Silverton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport goods to customer destinations.
• Assist with picking, loading, and unloading stock.
• Maintain accurate delivery and activity logs.
• Ensure vehicles are kept in good working condition.
• Collect customer payments upon delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Code 10 truck driver in a similar role.
• Valid Code 10 Driver’s License and PrDP (Goods & Passengers).
• Knowledge of the Food and Beverage Wholesale industry (advantageous).
• Defensive Driving Course (advantageous).
