Factory Worker (Production Line Operator)

About the Role:
We are seeking Production Line Operators to join our manufacturing team in Johannesburg. The role involves assembling, packing, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line machinery.
• Assemble, check, and pack products according to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas in line with 5S/6S principles.
• Report machine or product issues to supervisors.
• Follow work instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 9 qualification.
• Previous factory/assembly experience is advantageous (training provided).
• Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and lift up to 15kg.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Valid South African ID and legal right to work.
