About the Role:
Diesel-Electric, a leading automotive wholesaler, is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse General Worker to join the team at our Parow branch. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and preparing automotive products for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items accurately according to order requirements.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and report any issues immediately.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and safely.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues to meet targets and customer needs.
• Operate warehouse equipment responsibly while following safety standards.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Physical fitness (ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as picking and packing.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability in following instructions and applying practical judgment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
• Basic numerical skills (must be able to count accurately).
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and sales staff.
