Role Purpose
Are you unemployed and eager to kick-start your career in the financial services industry? Momentum Corporate is offering a Client Service Administrator Learnership, starting 1 February 2025. This opportunity is designed for dynamic, motivated individuals passionate about client service and eager to build a strong foundation in the insurance sector.
The programme combines workplace experience with structured learning, enabling you to achieve an INSETA-accredited NQF Level 4 qualification in Long-term Insurance. Career pathways after completing the programme may include roles such as Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator, or Service Consultant. While full-time employment is not guaranteed, the experience gained provides a strong career springboard.
Successful candidates will join on a 12-month contract and receive a monthly stipend.
Minimum Requirements
- Age: 18–25 years old (including those turning 25 in 2026).
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Matric certificate with the following:
- English
- Mathematics (Pure/Maths Literacy) or Accounting
- Must not be enrolled in or have completed another learnership.
- Applications without a valid ID and Matric results will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Take full ownership of client service requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
- Provide relevant information and documentation in line with guidelines.
- Comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver services in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) to manage client expectations effectively.
