Duties:
- Receive and verify documents for registration.
- Register claims on the operational system.
- Provide assistance to employers at the kiosk, online platform, and service centre.
- Manage and resolve service-related queries and complaints.

Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit certified copies of qualifications and supporting documents before the interview. These must meet the requirements stated in the advert.
Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide a SAQA evaluation report (only when shortlisted). The Department does not accept faxed applications.
