Role Purpose

Are you currently unemployed and eager to grow your potential with one of South Africa’s leading insurers? Do you have a passion for client service and a proactive, self-motivated attitude?
Momentum Corporate invites applications for a Client Service Administrator Learnership, commencing 1 February 2026.

A Learnership is a structured programme that combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to obtain an NQF Level 4 Qualification in Long-term Insurance, accredited by INSETA.
This programme provides a strong foundation for careers such as Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator, or Service Consultant. While completion of the Learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, it offers valuable experience to launch your career. The Learnership runs for 12 months, during which participants will receive a monthly stipend.


Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Between 18 and 25 years old (including those turning 25 in 2026).
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading proficiency).
  • Matric certificate with:
    • English, and
    • Mathematics (Pure or Literacy) or Accounting.
  • Applicants must not be registered for another learnership or have previously completed one.
  • ID copy and Matric results must be attached to the application — incomplete applications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Processes:

  • Take ownership of client service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide accurate information and documentation as required, in line with company guidelines.
  • Adhere to all relevant legislative and compliance requirements.

Client Interaction:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Deliver on agreed service level commitments to ensure positive client experiences and managed expectations.
