Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Successful candidates will be required to sign a performance agreement)
Centres:

  • Magistrate’s Office: Malmesbury (Ref No: 62/2025/WC) – 1 Post
  • Magistrate’s Office: Hermanus (Ref No: 63/2025/WC) – 1 Post

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Computer literacy
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • Good interpersonal and language skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Teamwork and collaboration

Key Performance Areas:

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support services.
  • Offer supply chain administrative assistance within the component.
  • Support personnel administration functions.
  • Assist with financial administration tasks.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
