ADMINISTRATION CLERK: REQUISITION AND ORDER REQUEST (REF NO: 046)
Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05)
Location: Head Office, Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with no experience required.
  • Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), Supply Chain Management (SCM) Framework, and LOGIS.
  • Skills: Computer literacy, financial acumen, strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, creativity, negotiation, and report writing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Duties:

  • Provide requisition services.
  • Process and manage orders.
  • Maintain an effective filing system.
  • Handle general enquiries.
