About the Role
Ampath Laboratories is seeking a dedicated Courier to join our Central BU Transport team in Lenasia. In this vital role, you’ll serve as the key link between our laboratories and the communities we support, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of medical specimens, reports, and parcels. Your reliability and commitment will directly contribute to high-quality, life-impacting diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver medical specimens, reports, and parcels safely and on time.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all materials handled.
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and delivery schedules.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- License: Valid South African Code B driver’s license
- Experience: At least 1 year of general driving experience
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
