Role Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently performing point-of-sale (POS) and merchandising duties, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently perform all point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain high accuracy when scanning items and processing payments, including handling Clicks ClubCard rewards.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of all cash transactions.
- Actively promote and register new ClubCard members to achieve participation targets.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions to drive sales and enhance the “feel good, pay less” experience.
- Deliver professional and friendly service as a brand ambassador for Clicks.
- Execute merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.
- Stay informed on all product ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
- Support Clicks’ goal of being the customer’s first choice for health and beauty retail.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Essential: Grade 12 / Matric
- Preferred: Minimum 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or FMCG customer service environment will be an advantage.
