Atlantico is looking for a hardworking and motivated Warehouse Assistant (Puller/Packer) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling physically demanding warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on pick slips or system instructions.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled and securely packed for dispatch.
- Prepare parcels for courier collection, including waybills and tracking documentation.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Assist with unloading deliveries and storing stock in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and full stock takes.
Inventory Control
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with stock rotation to maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date in the management system.
Equipment & Safety
- Operate warehouse tools and equipment (pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass drug, alcohol, and criminal background checks.
- Willingness to sign an NDA and Theft Policy, including consent to occasional lie detector tests.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a mobile phone.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items as needed.
