Job Overview
FoodforGood is seeking a reliable Code 10 Driver to collect materials from various sites and deliver them to designated collection facilities. The ideal candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver materials between assigned sites and the collection facility.
- Ensure all pickups and drop-offs are completed safely and on time.
- Maintain proper vehicle care and follow road safety regulations.
- Adhere to company schedules and operational procedures.
Job Details
- Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
- Compensation: From R3 000 per month, with incentives based on daily tonnage collected
- Payment: Monthly
- Work Location: Newlands, Johannesburg
- Expected Hours: ±40 hours per week
Requirements
- Valid Code 10 South African Driver’s License
- 10 years of driving experience (required)
- No criminal record
- Verifiable references
- Valid ID or Passport (Visa)
- Active bank account
- Must own an Android cellphone
- Reside in or near Booysens, Johannesburg
- Ability to work independently without supervision
