About the Role
MCE Electric, a leading supplier of industrial electrical products, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Warehouse Pickers and Packers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order requirements.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy.
- Organise and shelve products correctly within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe packing and storage area.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse, picking, or packing roles is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy stock.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Environment
- Warehouse-based role with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Requires prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
