🔍 Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for hands-on, safety-conscious individuals to join our site team as General Workers. If you have experience in a tailings environment and are ready to contribute to a safe and efficient operation, this opportunity is for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain site cleanliness through general housekeeping
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and risk assessments
- Ensure tools and equipment are in safe, working condition
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or behavior
- Communicate effectively with site management
- Adhere to health, safety, and operational protocols

Education:
- Grade 12 / Matric
Experience:
- 1–2 years in a tailings environment
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Physically fit and safety-focused
- Good listening skills and emotional awareness
- High visibility and engagement on site
