💼 What You’ll Do

Join the Cadet Training Programme at Sibanye-Stillwater and gain hands-on experience in the mining sector. Over 12 months, you’ll develop practical skills, build professional relationships, and play a part in the daily operations of a world-class mining business.

You will:

• Participate in structured training and complete programme phases within set timelines.
• Assist team members with discipline-specific tasks.
• Compile reports, share insights, and contribute to team success.
• Engage with mentors and stakeholders to grow your skills and network.

🎯 What You Need

• Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (minimum 40%)
  or
  N3 Engineering with Maths & Physical Science (minimum 40%)
• Medically fit (as assessed by Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Centre)
• South African citizen
• Must reside in a local municipality community (proof required)
• Clear criminal record

🔹 Bonus Qualifications:

• NQF 4 or relevant tertiary qualification
• Passion for engineering and mining
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
