About the Company

Absolute Pets is South Africa’s leading pet retailer, specialising in premium pet food and accessories, with over 180 stores nationwide. Our warehouse team in Kempton Park is looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Driver to join our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time deliveries to stores according to the daily route schedule.
• Depart from the warehouse no later than 09:00 each morning (Monday–Friday).
• Load the vehicle in an organised manner based on the day’s delivery sequence.
• Check and confirm all food items during the loading process.
• Deliver accurate stock to each store and ensure store staff verify all items upon delivery in your presence.
• Handle products carefully to minimise damage during loading and offloading.
• Report any discrepancies found during deliveries to the warehouse manager.
• Verify and record all stock returned to the warehouse against the IBT document, noting any variances.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and tidy at all times.
• Report any vehicle damage or mechanical issues to the warehouse manager immediately.
• Uphold company values through professional behaviour and work ethic.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements

• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP
• Proven experience as a delivery driver
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
