Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is calling all ambitious, unemployed youth to apply for our Sales Learnership Programme. If you’re between 18 and 35, passionate about people, and eager to gain real-world commercial experience, this is your chance!
📘 What’s in it for you?
You’ll be enrolled in the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4 and gain hands-on experience in:
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Marketing and Merchandising
- Communication & Team Collaboration
- Business & Management Essentials
🔑 What You’ll Learn:
- How to grow volume and improve customer service
- The ins and outs of order taking and merchandising standards
- Working with direct and indirect customers across regions
- Real sales techniques in a dynamic, supportive environment
🌟 Who We’re Looking For:
- Matric certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy (min 40%)
- At least two South African languages passed (min 40%)
- Diploma or Degree (bonus!)
- Driver’s Licence (advantageous)
- Unemployed, aged 18–35, and a South African citizen
- Employment Equity candidate
