ADMINISTRATION CLERK – REF NO: FS 02/2025 (X15 POSTS)

SALARY: R228 321 per annum (Level 05)
LOCATION: Mayville Forensic Science Laboratory, KwaZulu-Natal
Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) listed on the NQF Level 4.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle case reception and registration processes.
- Allocate cases to analysts according to established quality standards.
- Receive exhibits and dockets from analysts and complete the necessary follow-up actions.
- Provide client services, communicate with stakeholders, and manage case queries.
- Scan and dispatch reports according to applicable procedures.
- Manage the receipt of samples in designated storage areas.
- Prepare cases for offsite archiving.
- Dispatch analyzed exhibits to Investigating Officers.
- Adhere to Quality Management and Health & Safety standards at all times.
