Are you a young South African living with a disability, currently unemployed, and passionate about Human Resources? Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering a 12-month Human Resources Learnership tailored for people with disabilities. This is your chance to gain a National Certificate in Business Administration Services (NQF Level 3), practical workplace experience, and personal mentorship.
What You’ll Gain:
- Accredited Business Administration qualification (NQF 3)
- Hands-on HR experience in a professional setting
- Supportive mentorship and coaching throughout the programme
- Monthly stipend in line with SETA requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Attend both classroom and workplace-based training
- Provide administrative support to HR teams, including during peak times and staff leave
- Build your skills in business communication, organisation, and team collaboration
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Grade 12 with Maths/Maths Literacy and English (minimum 40%)
✅ Aged 18–34 years
✅ Unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or full-time study
✅ Valid medical record confirming disability
✅ South African citizen
✅ Able to commit for 12 months and attend classes on weekdays (and Saturdays if required)
✅ Clean criminal and credit record
✅ Equity candidates with disabilities will be prioritised

- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Flexible and able to work under pressure (including weekends/public holidays if required)
Important Note:
📍 You must not have previously completed an NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership.
📍 You must be based in or near Midrand, or be willing to relocate or travel there.
