1. Process Engineer
Purpose of Role:
Lesedi Nuclear Services is looking for an experienced and skilled Process Engineer to join our Industrial Division team. This critical role involves producing process designs, providing specialist input, leading commissioning efforts, and supporting our multi-disciplinary engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate concept, preliminary, and front-end process designs, including flow sheets, P&IDs, and specifications.
- Size, select, and specify process equipment such as rotating machinery, vessels, tanks, and hydraulic systems.
- Develop material and service specifications for projects.
- Review process designs and facilitate HAZOP/FMECA studies.
- Perform design optimizations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in plant layout reviews, FATs, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Provide process engineering expertise across the full project lifecycle.
- Lead process engineering efforts for project tenders and proposals.
- Support contract negotiations with technical inputs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering registration with ECSA.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant process engineering experience.
Competencies:
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of process engineering principles for industrial and utility industries.
- Familiarity with OHS Act regulations, ISO quality management systems, and GMP guidelines.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in developing process designs, heat and mass balances, and sizing process equipment.

Lesedi Nuclear Services is excited to offer an opportunity for 18 enthusiastic unemployed youth to join our three-year full-time Mechanical Fitter Apprenticeship programme. This fully funded programme includes a stipend to support your training and work placement.
Requirements:
- Grade 10–12 with Science and Maths as major subjects OR Technical Matric OR N2 Engineering or higher.
Supporting Documents Required:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Certified copy of ID document (front and back, not older than 3 months).
- Certified copy of highest qualification (if Matric, a copy of the Umalusi Certificate, not older than 3 months).

3. Civil Engineer
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to design and produce high-quality technical outputs that meet client requirements. This role involves supervising and advising on construction activities, adhering to relevant codes, standards, and internal engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare design specifications based on thorough engineering analysis.
- Plan, design, and detail civil engineering solutions from conception to working drawings.

Job Purpose:
