Overview:
Page Automation is seeking a dependable and professional driver to join our team. The successful candidate must have strong driving skills, a clean driving record, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods or passengers to various destinations.
- Ensure timely deliveries/collections while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and team members.
- Report accidents, vehicle problems, or irregularities to management immediately.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Code 10 (or higher) driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
- Good understanding of traffic laws and road safety practices
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong responsibility
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns
- Experience operating larger vehicles (e.g., vans, trucks)
- Advanced English language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
